重庆真空断路器重庆ZW8-12/630-20户外真空断路器不带隔离(以下简称断路器)，是三相交流50Hz、12KV的户外高压配电设备，用于开断、关合电力系统中的负荷电流、过载电流和短路电流，更适用于频繁操作的场所。
　　断路器配用CT23弹簧操动机构，可实现电动储能、电动分合闸，也可手动储能和“四遥”监控。
　　断路器是城乡电网无油化改选的较佳设备。
2.正常使用条件
a) 海拔：不**过1000m；
b) 周围空气温度：上限+40oC，下限-40oC；
c) 风压不**过700Pa(相当于风速34m/s）；
d) 空气污移程度(等级)，不大于Ⅲ级；
e) **出以上条件的要求，由用户同制造单位协定。
断路器可配置手动操作机构(只可进行手动分合闸操作)或者电动操作机构(既可手动操作，也可电动操作)；
4.5 断路器可配置防涌流馈线保护装置，实现涌流延时和过流故障延时；
4.6 断路器可内置套管式电流互感器2～6个，变比较大为1000/5，较小为50/5；(其它特殊要求，可与制造厂商协商)。
4.7 断路器可配置外置电压互感器(见图7)，数量分别为1～2个；可配置内置电压互感器(见图8)，另可加装熔断器，数量1个；电压互感器可以作为提供电源或检测线路电压用；

5. 断路器结构特点和动作原理
5.1 断路器结构如图3所示。
断路器由操动机构、导电回路、绝缘系统、密封件及壳体组成。整体结构为三较共箱式，导电回路是由进出线导电杆、动静端导电板、导电夹与真空灭弧室连接而成，外绝缘主要是通过高压套管来实现，具有搞污秽能力，内绝缘为复合绝缘。带隔离刀的断路器(见图5)，另增三较隔离开关(由另一轴驱动)与之串联，断路器和隔离开关之间有可靠的防误机械联锁装置。断路器处在合闸位置时，隔离开关不能进行分、合闸操作；断路器处在分闸位置时，隔离开关才能进行分、合闸操作。

2 conditions of normal use
A altitude: not more than 1000m);
B) ambient air temperature: upper limit -40oC +40oC;
C (700Pa) pressure does not exceed the equivalent wind speed 34m/s);
D) air pollution degree (level), shift is not greater than grade;
E) beyond the above conditions required by the user, with manufacturing unit agreement.
The circuit breaker can be manually operated mechanism configuration (only manual switching operations) or electric operating mechanism (which can be operated manually, or electric operation);
Can current feeder protection device for preventing the configuration of 4.5 circuit breaker, realize the inrush current and overcurrent fault delay delay;
4.6 circuit breaker built-in bushing type current transformer is 2 ~ 6, the ratio was 1000/5, the minimum is 50/5; (other special requirements, can be negotiated with the manufacturer).
4.7 circuit breaker configurable external voltage transformer (see Figure 7), the number was 1 ~ 2; configurable built-in voltage transformer (see Figure 8), can install the fuse, number 1; voltage transformer can be used as power supply or line voltage detection;

5 circuit breaker structure characteristics and operation principle of
5.1 circuit breaker structure as shown in figure 3.
The operating mechanism of circuit breaker, electric circuit, insulation system, seal and shell. The overall structure of a common box type, conductive circuit is formed by the line and the conductive rod, plate, end static conducting clamp and vacuum interrupter connected, the external insulation is mainly realized through high pressure casing, with dirty ability, internal insulation for composite insulation. Circuit breaker with isolation knife (see Figure 5), the other by three (driven by another axis) and tandem, have anti misoperation mechanical interlock between the circuit breaker and isolating switch.
